We understand that plans can change. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to reschedule your cleaning appointment. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, a fee may apply.
Absolutely! We’re a pet-friendly cleaning team and know that many of our clients have furry family members. For liability reasons, we ask that all pets are secured or safely out of the work area during your scheduled cleaning to ensure the safety of both your pets and our staff.
